Craig Morris is a native of Yorktown, NY where he played high school football, basketball and lacrosse, earning All-Conference honors during his junior and senior years. He played collegiate lacrosse at Fairleigh Dickinson University (Teaneck) in the Northeast Conference. Craig was named to the All Conference team three straight years and named Attackman of the Year in his Junior season.

Morris started his coaching career in Utah in 1996 as an assistant coach to Mason Goodhand taking the first Team Utah to Vail, CO. He also served as the Head Coach of Team Utah in 1999 and 2000. Morris joined the Waterford School in Sandy, Utah as PE Department Chair and teacher in 1995 and in 1997 became the Athletic Director and Head Men's Lacrosse Coach. In 12 seasons since taking over, Coach Morris has lead the Waterford team to an impressive 128 and 47 record, 7 trips to the Final Four and 6 trips to State Championship Finals winning 3 State Championships (2003, 2004 & 2006). Coach Morris has also served as the Women's Varsity Basketball Coach at Waterford since 2001 and as the Women's Varsity Lacrosse Coach in 2008.

Coach Morris has received several coaching honors including the UHSLL Men's Coach of the Year in 2000, UHSLL Women's Division II Coach of the Year in 2008, and the UHSAA Region 17 Women's Basketball Coach of the Year in 2004 & 2005.
