Game SummaryIn their first loss at home, the Utah Utes fell under the #8 ranked Arizona State Sun Devils in an 8-22 loss. The Utes struggled to find and maintain momentum in the first half leading to a deficit that Utah could not recover from. The Utes, however, continued to chip away at the lead slightly with big plays by Matt Qualey, Pat Guinn, and Ryan Schmidt. The Ute’s individuals efforts could not turn the tide of the game as the Sun Devils continued to increase their lead. The Utes look to put this loss behind them as they focus on in-town rivals, The Westminister Griffins, next week.
